Episode 88 High Res (Patreon)

Edit: realized I posted the low res version of image 3 instead of the high res version. Fixed.

When I thought about doing this episode, I couldn't help but giggle to myself with the ridiculousness of it. Just this looooooooooong middle section of endless scrolling before getting to Don Squee dropping down from the sky. Also, as you can see, here's where that design I posted the other day for warmups comes into play! I love this sort of dumb bullshit. Hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I did making it!

Sadly, it doesn't work well on Patreon, what with it being separated into three sections. I'd connect them all but an episode of Kat is already the max document size for CSP. I can't combine them into a singular image. Maybe someone else can, or I guess wait until Saturday to see it in motion on webtoons/tapas/mangaplus creators.

Getting the transition was a bit tricky. So, early on with the sky that was super simple. I just left a patch blue at the bottom of the first image, then started with a patch of blue at the top of the second image. The transition between 2-3 had me copying the bottom of the second page and paste it at the top of the third page, add more of the continuing scrolling effect, then go back to the chunk I pasted and blend it with the new stuff. After that I went back and deleted the chunk of the image at the bottom for the patreon release. If you were to get the full second canvas and stack it on top of the third, you'd get a repeating chunk of image.
