Tulla's Contortion Kitchen - to core or not to core 🤣 (Patreon)

Hi guys,

Just a quickie contortion kitchen this weekend but you know how it is the first week after coming back from holidays 🤷‍♀️😜

IDK the name of this pose or if it even has an official name but it's a fave of many, so I thought I'd break it down for you 😘

Hope you're all having an awesome weekend ❤️
