Stay extremely hyrated- ice water, iced tea, and sucking on ice chips or cubes. Stay away from caffeine!!! NO ALCOHOL!! Be careful if you feel nauseous or if your skin gets red...or if you start to breathe hard!! GET INDOORS IMMEDIATELY!! And put cold water on your face, neck and inside of your wrists. Turn the AC on!!
