Must be tuff on you dear, working those long evening shifts ? Debbie used to work at a hospital several years ago and those shifts used to take a big toll on her. Not sure what type of work you do, but non the less, the shift system really affects the body. But nice to see you find way of relieving your self some of the stresses through what you do...
