I love this !! I don't know how he tells Sakusa but the fact this moment will be shared between the two of them is precious. Like I know Osuma is SUPER protective of his twin and I know alpha hormones might cause a spike just out of protection but I really hope he get a moment of pure soft Osuma and they share a sweet tearful moment.....I just remember when he saw Atsuma after the birth and that brought me to tears so I can only image this will be just as sweet
