I have three questions for you regarding this game so i know there is a guide regarding the routes but is the harem route a genuine route that won't conflict with other romantic interest? since it seems like the update makes hale a route that burns other routes like lily and charlotte. my second question is will characters that have been tertiary to the plot will they become more involved or even other routes like the old lady with once scene, the other old influential lady, and the tribes woman? my third question would be is there a non-romantic route? weird question for this I'm sure since id imagine the outcome of the story maybe different and his actions would make his options divert more than the other routes.

The harem ending is almost a secret route, that works in isolation from the rest, so it won't matter too much in terms of conflicts, with a few exceptions. For the side characters, yes and no, you can expect a scene or two from lady williams, and same for the tribe lady but nothing super involved like the others characters. Yes, there is a non romantic route, if you mean a route where you remain single, it's kind of already in the game and being developed along.

I see, I appreciate the clarification. I've played plenty of games with an underlying story you uncover but I have to I'm really enjoying the eerie atmosphere it's created. if you don't mind can you explain how to retain sanity? it could just slipped my notice but it doesn't seem every meal recovers it. I'm assuming the routes you chose can have an effect on it even if it's meant to help it may not change under certain circumstances like focusing on Mrs. Hales route since your choosing to disregard morality. and without a means to trade with the doctor besides the beginning day after originally if you refuse to give the gardener the flowers I imagine you lose the opportunity to get more medicine?

Sorry, for some reason I was not notified of this answer by Patreon. Not every meal recover sanity because it's not the meal giving you back sanity but the thought that someone care for you (Virgya), it's never the food itself if that makes sense (at least that's the idea, we may have some slight inconsistencies we might need to fix). Regarding the doctor, you can keep trading even though you don't hand him the flowers towards the beginning of the game, so he is basically your reliable way to get medicines throughout the game. In general sanity mechanic is not well developed and will be refined properly once the game is complete.
