Hello friends! Today from Tome of Beasts I made:

  • Shellycoat - this creepy troll has a back covered in shells and acts very much like the traditional creepy troll that hides under bridges being a menace. This mini was a good opportunity to use my base Troll model and go from there. It was a lovely sculpting project for sure. For FDM printing I recommend printing this guy on his back. Resin users get the usual presupported file.

  • Scorpion - Night - this was a lovely modeling and sculpting job. Scorpions are rather creepy so naturally I had a good time haha. For FDM printing you can print it as is and you should not need supports under the legs, so try to put blockers in there. For resin printing this for once is actually a little harder as the legs can be tricky when removing the presupports.

  • Scorpion - Stygian Fat Tail - this is just a normal scorpion but with a fatter tail. I just used my base scorpion model from the monster manual to make this. Quick and easy. Its very very small so this might be a challenge in FDM. If you go with resin the usual presupported file is up. Do be careful removing the supports near the legs.

That's all for now! Enjoy!
