Hello friends! Today I completed these first two ages for the Blue Dragon! I'm still working on finalizing the Adult and Ancient but I thought I'd at least post these guys now. I know I sometimes just make all the dragons in one day, but given how much work is involved for my own mental health I'd like to take a little more time to make sure I get these right :)

The Wyrmling is a little guy who is in full puppy mode which is my tradition. I mean baby dragons I feel are cute little puppies, especially after watching the Dragon Prince lol. I just wanna feed him a snack already <3

The Young is a little more serious and predatory. He's not quite bright though given he's fighting on the ground haha. Tomorrow's Adult and Ancient however are smart enough to never touch the ground so expect them in the air ;)

Anyway I'll have the rest done tomorrow. Stay tuned!

Same it is canon in my book. If the players run into one its up to them to keep it from turning evil haha

Would you consider going back and doing standing poses for your adult/ancient dragons once you're done modelling through all the colors? I was looking over your dragon printing/painting submissions and realized even with the older models where you had options for both, the majority seem to favor the standing/sitting models - and I know I personally have a hard time cutting up the larger creatures myself as far as custom posing goes, so I know that's probably true for others too, and even with smaller scale flying models it can be tough to store them while keeping the spindly bases intact. If you're worried about them not having the mighty draconic height advantage, you could always pose them reared up on their hind legs, as if they're about to take tactically sound flight? I do understand it's a lot of work to pose them though, so i fully understand if this isn't on the menu. Either way - keep up the great work, they're looking amazing so far, I'm excited to see how you tackle the gold!

No I'm sticking to what I'm doing now because the Adults and Ancients fly in combat and are not dumb. But the files are rigged and are posted for free. You can make your own poses :)
