I blew out my back. Taking a few days off. (Patreon)

Hello friends. During back day this week I went a little hard and am now paying for it. I'm in a lot of pain and can't focus on anything other than recovery now. I'll be taking off a few days to recover and follow all the steps needed to get over this per med recommendations and such. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
