This is the second storyline that needs to be completed. It features the most difficult game mechanics and asset production, as well as the most complex plot.

The in-game storyline is adapted from my 2021 trilogy of short stories—"Friendship, Family, and Love"—which will be released publicly when the time is right. This proposal is divided into two parts: the first part focuses on settings and story background, while the second part focuses on UI, mechanics, and gameplay.

Below is the main content of the first part:

Outline and summary - the content of Leutetinna story line

The Frost Storyline is the second storyline currently in development, though chronologically it represents the third storyline in the overall plot, detailing the protagonist's youth. The prototype for Leutetinna's plot stems from a portion of the author's—my own—first love; her visual design was also created by her, expressing her wish for me to incorporate it into the novel.

The narrative structure of this game is planned as a trilogy, corresponding to the stories and experiences encountered by the protagonist during childhood, adolescence, and youth respectively.

(The first storyline—the Schbatruien Storyline—tells the story and incident of the protagonist's childhood, serving as the opening of the entire plot; the third storyline recounts the choices and responsibilities faced by the protagonist in his youth.)

The previous Schbatruien Storyline did not delve deeply into the plot, partly to demonstrate gameplay and prevent spoilers, and partly because I was still contemplating how to arrange the story's progression. As development has progressed, the plot arrangements have become clearer. Therefore, developing Leutetinna's storyline does not mean the Zhiman Storyline has ended; on the contrary, these two storylines will proceed simultaneously.

Consequently, in future Video Demo, the specific storyline dev progress will be noted of which one is this time at the beginning.

Character Introduction — Leutetinna & Hochlicht

In this storyline, the protagonist shrinks and is carried around by Leutetinna in her underwear pocket; therefore, the main character in the dialogue box has been changed to Leutetinna (with the protagonist occasionally making comments). In the 【Battle Map Scenes】 of this storyline, the playable character and weapon are unique — Leutetinna's Magical Girl Form, "Hochlicht."

Her parents divorced when she was in middle school, and she lived with her father. After her father remarried, she met her stepmother's son and daughter. After starting high school, she grew increasingly reluctant to go home. Consequently, upon entering college, she severed ties with her family and worked part-time while attending school in another city on her own. One day, by chance encounter after work, she met Hochlicht, a girl from another world. Hochlicht used the last of her strength to entrust everything she had to Leutetinna, telling her that only through the power of true love could the portal be opened again to return to her world and complete her mission of unifying the empire.

Player perspective

When you select the book in the prologue and continue writing, you can enter the new storyline.

(The two storylines entered through the book are actually the worlds of novels the protagonist wrote before but never finished. The Muses brought the protagonist to these worlds to provide an ending for this novel. The previous first storyline serving as the beginning, as well as the subsequent third storyline, share this same setting.)

You wake up groggily from the desk; it is already daytime, and the room looks no different from usual.

You decide to take the ink-stained piece of paper and the bottle cap from the drawer and go out for a stroll, wanting to find that location based on the contents of the paper. After arriving on the street, at a corner, you meet a mysterious girl wearing a hood and a cloak.

After handing the piece of paper to her, the mysterious girl disappears. Just as you are feeling puzzled, a shadow is cast over the street. Looking up, a giant hand reaches toward you and quickly grabs you—

While you are still in shock, you discover your good friend, whom you would rather call your first love—Qin Leutetinna, is smiling at you, and you are standing in her broad palm. Leutetinna wants to take you to a place where you will never be disturbed—a world that belongs only to her. Because as long as she is not in her world, her magic will gradually dissipate. Now, Leutetinna is going to take you through the portal.

You met her while working part-time at the orphanage. Back then, she looked much more normal than she does now—at least in terms of size. You doubt for a moment whether this is all a dream; however, the familiar smile on her face and the toy magic wand in her hand confirm that it is indeed her.

When you try to ask her how she made herself so large, she simply replies with nonsensical rambling like "Magic wand, contract, portal..."—And just as you are wondering how she knows magic, a helicopter untimely interrupts your conversation.

Obviously, her gigantic size has attracted a lot of attention, and the military has blockaded the main street. Leutetinna does not want to cause any harm. To break through the blockade, Leutetinna decides to use the power of the wand, but for your safety, she first places you in her underwear pocket.

You are pressed tightly inside her underwear pocket, listening to the heartbeat from within her body growing increasingly fierce, and gradually, your consciousness blurs...

At this point, the perspective shifts to Leutetinna. The wand in her hand transforms into another form, and she transforms into a magical girl, preparing to break through the blockade line and forcefully return to the portal.

As she leaps into the portal, a bullet shatters the pentagram keepsake on her chest, breaking the pentagram into pieces—therefore, Leutetinna's magic power can no longer close the portal, and the portal can no longer withstand this unbalanced overpressure. It suddenly explodes, and Leutetinna is blasted back to her world—which is also the world you once penned.

This world is the story of a historical novel you once left unfinished.

(A brief background of the alternate reality — the French Revolution breaks out as usual, and the revolutionary process proceeds normally. However, Emperor Napoleon makes a mistake at the Battle of Austerlitz and is defeated, and the coalition forces of Prussia, Austria, and Russia advance upon the Confederation of the Rhine. Emperor Napoleon is forced to abdicate his imperial throne, but he continues to exist as the First Consul of France. Therefore, the Holy Roman Empire continues to exist, but under the tide of nationalism, Catholic influence gradually retreats, and German nationalist ideology sprouts. The Empire becomes a purely ethno-national state, and the overall unification of Germany is determined by the Greater German solution, gradually evolving into a struggle between Prussia and Austria for the imperial throne.)

Upon the demise of the Imperial Augustus, Gabriecht II, the imperial throne became vacant.

The Empire had long been divided internally into the Northern States—led by the Kingdom of Nordfield—and the Southern States—led by the Kingdom of Südewald, and the position of Emperor was frequently monopolized by various princes of the Southern States. Dissatisfied with this status quo, the North consequently diverged on the issue of imperial succession.

The originally most suitable candidate was none other than Hochlicht. Hochlicht's father was the King of the Kingdom of Nordfield, and her mother was the eldest daughter of the King of the Kingdom of Südewald. Furthermore, Hochlicht's uncle was the Grand Duke of the relatively powerful Grand Duchy of Hochlicht among the Southern States. She herself held the status of first-in-line heir to three realms and was long regarded as the link to unifying the entire Empire. However, the Northern States strictly enforced the Salic law and repeatedly refused to acknowledge a female inheriting the throne. Therefore, the Northern States instead crowned her half-brother as King and nominated him as the Imperial Augustus, establishing him as Augustus Karl III.

The two major families thus rallied their subordinate states to engage in a massive melee, and the Second Imperial War of Succession broke out. The Northern States originally held a total advantage in armaments, but the Southern States, with the aid of foreign powers, withstood the fierce attacks and even counterattacked into the territory of the Northern States, forcing some minor states to switch sides. Just at this time, her brother, Karl III, was assassinated by Southern radicals, which left the North deeply terrified and refusing peace negotiations.

As the war grew increasingly disadvantageous for the North, the Northern States decided to find a miracle weapon to turn the tide of battle. Scientists claimed they had discovered the ability to communicate with another dimension; they built a dimensional traversal device, an instrument that could temporarily tear a rift in the space of this world to create a portal, thereby allowing entry into another dimension that contained weapons far superior to those of this world. However, this portal could only be entered by a virgin of royal blood; anyone else who attempted to enter would be repelled. The Northern States then plotted to kidnap Hochlicht, and her father acquiesced to this plan, having already made up his mind to sacrifice his own biological daughter, and forced her to enter the portal.

At gunpoint, Hochlicht stepped into the unknown portal

......

The portal that failed to close successfully also attracted trouble from another world — modern special forces. The special forces are led by a Major General, and they are merely the first wave of troops to arrive in this world; after establishing a bridgehead, their aim is to capture Leutetinna and bring her to justice, conquering this place along the way. This is trouble from the real world

......

Next week I will introduce the game mechanism settings, combat mechanism, map mechanism, and more character pictures.
