Partially updated for TU4.5 (Patreon)

This patch is not TU5, but has a lot of content, so I will call it TU4.5

This is the current mods I have fixed; it is not all my mods, but a good amount. The complete work will take some time, since it is a LOT of work.

Any of my mods that is NOT in this fine, right now are consired broken I can cause crashes. All armor and options in this file have been tested and fixed.
