This will go down as EVOs biggest update on its road to version 1.0!

It's a long and boring video but I highly recommend watching it, as it not only introduces the new functions but also includes instructions on how to use the new features of the EVO Service Park Launcher.

See the changelog v0.4.txt for a full list of changes.

DOWNLOAD UPDATE v0.4 (Patreon)

To update: Download and extract to merge its Maps folder with your existing one in your RBR root folder. This will apply all of the updates' content.
New to EVO: download and install the full mod from here.

!! IMPORTANT !!
I had to roll back the reshade preset to its previous version. The POV headlights will come at a later time, sorry.

When installing the reshade.me you will have to manually select and download the following shaders during the reshade installation (as they will not be selected automatically)
- 1. Bloom
- 2. Reflective_Bumpmapping
- 3. or just check all shaders during installation and be done with it forever

(I'm working on a more streamlined implementation of the reshade installation process. This one's a pain and no fun)

I take it that rehade is incompatible with VR, so it's not possible to use EVO reshade features in VR? I'm happy with the weather, sound and other enhancements. Just wanted to confirm.

Richard Burns Rally EVO

Yes, I have to confirm. Unfortunately, the vr plugin uses some files that are also used by reshade.

I had to roll back the reshade preset to its previous version. The POV headlights/high beams will come at a later time, sorry. They are dependant on a specific shader I have installed that I can't get to install on a different PC for some reason. I need to go debugging and will then roll out the POV Headlights/HighBeams again.

Hmm... I was playing around with the reshade installer a bit more, and was able to use the 6.7.3 (with addons) installer to install the Vulkan + OpenXR options in reshade, and it appears to work.

You mean you got Reshade AND VR working together? This would be huge news for vr users. And it bodes very well since the new EVO update v04.1 now fully embraces the ReShade 6.7.3 (with addons) version :)
