YAY this pod was so good!! answered a lot! Beckett is one of my fave characters, specifically because of the discordant elements of his personality - his deep flaws and deep kindness, and his mistakes and triumphs. All those things make him vivid and even more interesting + fun to like, for me. Can’t wait to be in his head eventually! And the part where you both were talking about Leo and saying he’d probably look for Beckett in the crowd to see if he’s watching him nail it was so damn funny…idek why the image just cracked me up. Rlly loved this pod and your in depth answers! tysm 💖

your discussion on beckett's characteristics is exactly why i love your guys' books so much!!! i find the characters you guys create so interesting and realistic, it's easy to want perfect characters in books but i've always appreciated the different aspects in a person you guys create... this is a long comment but that whole part on him being kind vs. selfish just showed me once again why i'm so obsessed with all these books and characters you write

Idk, not big on the Leo thing. I read a lot of RH and love that but I’m just not feeling Leo. Will Beckett’s poly relationship be the same as his bestie’s MFM or MMF? Multi POV would have been cool but dual will be nice.
