💫 Patreon Goals for Special Bonus Scenes 💫 (Patreon)

We are bringing back Patreon Goals! What are these, you might ask? Especially if you're new to our Patreon page. Back in the day, Patreon had "goals" where if the goals were reached, we would provide the promised incentive, and thus, Special Bonus Scenes were born! These are some of our all-time favorite bonuses we've ever written, and each topic and POV was voted on by you.

The last goal reached was 2000 patrons. After which, we put a pause on the goals since the voting process was a lil bit time-consuming (we will be figuring out a more efficient way to do this if we reach the next goal), and then the Patreon Powers That Be removed this feature off the platform entirely. But we know so many of you have bonus scenes in mind that you've always wanted us to write, and for Special Bonuses, we will carve out time to write those top-desired scenes for you.

We appreciate each and every one of you so much. It makes us teary-eyed even thinking about all the support you've given us and the joy that accompanies your love of our characters and books. You all continue to make it possible for us to write full-time together and do what we love since we were kids, so this is our biggest way to say thank you and to give back to you all when we reach big milestones. Even though Patreon doesn't have the fancy feature anymore, we can still declare a goal ourselves on this post.

The next goal is 2500 paid patrons. Patreon now has a "free" tier, so we have to emphasize that we're looking at paid patrons. With all the platform updates, it's not as easy for you all to see how many we have, but for desktop, if you go to the "about" section and scroll down to the bottom, it'll tell you the number of paid members. For mobile app, it's easier and should be at the top of the page underneath our names.

We've hit 2500 before and actually wrote Dirty Dancing in Scotland bonus as a thank you (it came in second place during the 2000 Special Bonus voting), but we didn't have an official goal post for it. Now, one is in place! And we are also putting up a 3000 paid patrons goal. Though, we may never reach this (it is lofty!) but it's always nice to know it's there and a Special Bonus will await if we ever hit it. And for those who don't know, "I love you 3000" is a Marvel thingy-ma-bob from Tony Stark aka Iron Man, so Luna Hale is likely cheering from the sidelines with the Hale fam 🤓
