Welcome to the newest Fizz Hangout! Every Friday, you all can stop by the weekly Fizz Hangout post and ask questions (to us or to your fellow patrons), discuss recent bonus scenes and/or podcasts with each other, and catch up on all the goodies you might've missed!

Weekly Recap

Another short recap this week, as we are in the writing trenches. Krista and I had a long talk today about the similarities of Silver Sweet to Burn Bright and why we love them both so much. We can't wait to gush about Tom & Phoenix and this novel as a whole. AND THE COVER! It is soooo gorgeous. It was one of the harder covers to nail -- we literally could probably have a whole podcast talking about the genesis of this cover 😂 It took us on a ride, but the final version pairs beautifully next to Burn Bright. And we're so happy it's also getting the deluxe treatment in print!

When will the cover be revealed? Our best guess is January/February! So it shouldn't be long before you can stare at this beauty too 🥰

Everyone's suggestions are so good! I'd love a Luna POV from the time Ben went missing! We could see Tom and Eliot from her POV, Xander's reaction, maybe even Moffy's (if only over the phone), and we could also get Luna's new thoughts on Harriet and Harriet's relationship with Ben! (But then even mentioning Moffy, I'd also love a Moffy POV of him finding out that Ben went missing--or maybe to keep things a little less angsty, a Farrow POV of the Escape Room night?)

I miss the body guards insights, so I’d love to see the Oscar pov of Charlie finding Ben. I saw you noted you paused it though, so if it is one that maybe needs to marinate for awhile I’m listing my other top two ideas (I know you said one but I couldn’t choose!) Farrow helping with the injuries after the escape room and then driving tom and Eliot to Philly especially if the brothers gossiped about their impressions of Harriet then. A close second would be a body guard bonus (preferably Oscar) of when they find out all the kids are at the hospital and Audrey OD, especially if we can see him and Charlie talking and Charlie’s reaction of how he handled it. Although Donnelly would be another cool one, maybe he went there to help for some reason and has a conversation with Beckett to support him, or he is there because Kinney was freaking out and tried to get him and Luna go to the hospital if she couldn’t be there herself? Grasping at straws with Donnelly maybe, just really miss him too!

Ryke. I would be great to see from his POV his relationship with Ben and how it’s changed and evolved with Connor too since Ben has always been so close to the Meadows. I know we’ve seen snippets of how Connor acknowledges and understands Ryke can relate to Ben in some situations better

So so so excited for the Silver Sweet cover reveal next year!! If it’s anything like the BB cover then I’m sure it’s gorgeous 🤩 Good luck with all the writing things! 🤓💗 I would *die* for Ben’s breakfast with Winona! I always thought we would get to read their friendship from their own POVs eventually but alas that’s not how the story went. I am really curious about how that meeting went and what they talked about, though, so this scene is at the top of my list! 💗 I think Maeve’s birthday from Jane or Thatcher’s POV would be lovely as well. I miss them!
