We had so much fun recording this one! It made us realize how much we missed doing alternate universes!! In this AU, SFO become stranded on an island 🏝 Who survives the longest? How do they perish, if they die? And what "item" do they bring with them? There is a great (and oh-so-sad) backstory to all of this, and coming up with this different (yet, tragic) universe was way too entertaining. We hope you love this one as much as we do!! I HAVE MANY THOUGHTS: why would the Yale boys sent out 1 legged Oscar as their best chance for survival on the raft? Also I could have lived my whole life without knowing how Banks died, thank you very much. And third, this was so dark. To the point I thought you were gonna say they resorted to cannibalism like the soccer team in Chile.

Nopeeeee because the two deaths you’ve written were Sadie and Gotham and let me tell you, I was SOBBING when they happened. If a character were to die, I’d simply pass away with them. Also as a student paramedic I am questioning some of these deaths 😂

We can totally see Oscar refusing to let them go with him bc it really wouldn't increase their likihood of survival if more guys were on the raft. It might actually cause the raft to sink (and they'd have less rations/supplies if split). ALSO, Krista was the one who put him on the raft and made him one-legged! 😂 (Her persistence to keep him till the end will never not make me smile). It was such a dark AU. The way Banks died hurt! Ohhh that reminds of us the show Yellowjackets! Similarly, a girls' sports team ends up stranded after a plane crash and it's implied there was cannibalism. Such a good show! But that's fictional and the other soccer team in Chile was def not.

You’re right, two of them would never fit on the raft (titanic taught us this) but more of an instead of. So like instead of Oscar why not Donnelly, Farrow could stay on the island to take care of Oscar. But YES, krista threw a wrench in your storytelling plans by keeping Oscar alive 🖤😂 you had to do some improv up there for that 😂😂

As completely heartbreaking, this was a really one fun! Donnelly being the last one is spot on. I like that some say he still haunts the island lol I predicted the Yale boys to go first protecting their leads and Farrow passing on med advice to them and that Banks would be the last one standing because Thatcher and Akara are definitely going to make sure he survives.

I don’t know if you’ve seen this show called Wrecked. It’s a comedy. It was on TBS and now on HBO max. It’s a hilarious take on being in a plane crash and stranded on a desert island. You can’t go wrong with boat and pit justice.
