The Like Us Series has a new look! (Patreon)

We’ve been teasing this for some time here on Patreon and we can FINALLY reveal it! Here are the first three illustrated covers in the Like Us Series…

We’re so obsessed with how these turned out! And it’s really all thanks to Haley @wearecallowaydoc. Her art is so freaking pretty and seeing all the characters on covers has been a dream come true. The fact that Haley had read all the books makes it even more special to us because she really wanted to capture each character, and we’re so incredibly grateful for her talent. 

"The Hales, Meadows, and Cobalts -- they're just like us!" is a phrase from tabloids within the novels. Since fame is such a huge part of the series, we imagine the doodles and monikers on the covers are things fans within the books would draw and add 🥰

We honestly CANNOT wait until the end of the year when we can reveal the rest of the covers. Because they are so cute and pretty and Thatcher Moretti as character art is now our favorite thing ever 😍

Special Editions

Each hardcover and paperback will include a bonus scene in the back. These bonus scenes are from Patreon, so you’ll finally be able to read some in print form. Note: the bonus scenes will not be in the ebooks but the covers will change to the illustrated covers.

“People” Covers

The current paperbacks with the “people” covers will still be available to buy on retailers and our signed store. We will also be continuing them for the future Like Us books (Unlucky, Nobody) for those that would like to complete their collection.

When will the rest of the covers be revealed?

The end of the year! The covers have been designed, but we still have to go through and create new interiors for the rest of the series. We don’t want to slap shiny new covers on old interiors, and unfortunately interiors do take a bit of time to format. But we LOVE doing them and making sure they’re pretty for all of you 💗

When we started Damaged Like Us, we had really low expectations since it was a spin-off, and to see the amount of love it’s received over the years has made our hearts swell. We’re truly grateful to be able to write about these families and the bodyguards that protect them (SFO has our hearts!), and thank you so much for reading them. *hugs*
