Happy Friday, beauties! For those that celebrate Thanksgiving, we hope you had a warm and cozy day with yummy food and great company! 🍂🍂 We're up in the Georgia mountains celebrating with our fam. It's been relaxing, but we're already itching to get back to writing. The first thing we're doing when we get back home is record the What To Expect in 2023 podcast, so you can expect that one soon! We're super pumped for all that's to come next year 💗

💗 NEW LIKE US EDITIONS: Damaged Like Us, Lovers Like Us, and Alphas Like Us all have new illustrated editions with bonus content! The rest of the special editions of the Like Us Series will be released at the end of the year and the beginning of next year. We're splitting up the releases into "chunks" since we have some other deadlines that need addressed first.

Would love to go to the Cobalts for dinner. The ambiance, the chaos, sounds so fun 😭 Just listened to your Halloween/MCU podcast and had to ask, what did you think of the Werewolf by Night special? I surprisingly loved it, I loved the plot, the way it was shot, and the length of the special. And are you planning to watch the Guardians Christmas special this weekend? I’m so excited the trailer looked so cute and very character focused.

I’d say the Abbey or Hales because they seem to have eaters similar to me (i.e. no vegans and possibly some different version of Thanksgiving food) plus I just imagine those being so super cozy dinners! I hope you guys had a wonderful holiday with your family!! Sending thankful vibes for you two this year for sure! 💕

The cobalts cause they r my absolute favvv Also just wondering since I feel like we know the least abt Tom I was wondering if like there could be a bonus scene centered on him? It could probably be in Luna’s pov cause I feel like she’s the POV we have that’s the closest to Tom or Jane maybe. But only if you want to cause Ik ur busy with people like us but I love Tom he’s my fav cobalt and I rly wanna know more abt him thanks!!!

The first installment was already released as a bonus scene its called guys lunch at cobalt inc (thatcher) the next one will be released as an extra bonus scene sometime this month it’ll be a continuation of the first installment but in farrows POV at some point when all the installments are released here they’ll be complied into a paperback!!

I’ve really enjoyed the snippets of his character that we’ve received throughout the series & seeing him explore his love life a bit (poor Tom with all of his unrequited crushes, though…😔). Have you read the Guys Night Out bonus scene? I really love that one! Tom getting advice from the elder Rainbow Brigade members always warms my heart…🥹🤎

Hales! :) but ideally, we would all be together at the lake house :) I know marrow is a 'new' family and technically a hales, but i am so keen during People like us and onward, to observe and have the chance to experience them as they are parenting, what their traditions are, if they are gonna read batman or x-men etc? Just have their own funk you know! :)

We still need to watch that special! I totally keep forgetting about it 😅 I did, however, finally watch She-Hulk! I finished the whole series and LOVED it!! I adored it a lot more than Krista, but she rewatched some of it with me, and she realized that bingeing it was a better experience than waiting week-to-week for each episode (which is what she did). We have some big deadlines coming up, so we likely won't watch the Guardians Christmas special until the actual holidays. We're super excited about it too!

Ahh so glad you liked She-Hulk it’s actually one of my favorite MCU shows 💀 whenever you watch the specials make sure you leave your opinions somewhere!! So far the specials are 2 for 2 for me. Idk something about them just work for me and I hope you like them too!

We've often thought about writing a novella/short story for Poppy & Sam! But we just haven't had the time to write it. Hmm, we'd say (as of right now) that the Kotovas are more likely, but things always change, so this could change in time. But yep, as of this moment, we'd point towards the Kotovas.

Question: Due to the recent controversy over jet fuel pollution and private planes, I’m curious to know how environmentalists Ben and Winona feel about private planes?

I think I’d like to spend the day with the Meadows or Abbeys! My family hosts pretty huge and extravagant holiday dinners, and while I think the Cobalts would probably have food more to my taste, I think I’d like to experience something a little more low key for a change 😇
