Welcome to the newest Fizz Hangout! Every Friday, you all can stop by the weekly Fizz Hangout post and ask questions (to us or to your fellow patrons), discuss recent bonus scenes and/or podcasts with each other, and catch up on all the goodies you might've missed!

Weekly Recap

Happy Friday, magical & heroic beauties! It's the first day of September, which means you can look forward to new monthly content. We're super excited about this month's bonus scenes! It's an "Addicted" kind of month. Not only is the new print edition of Addicted After All coming Tuesday, but the bonus scenes this month will be in Ryke and Rose's POVs!

Speaking of Addicted After All, we LOVE all the pics of the Addicted series in bookstores. So definitely tag us, if you spot AAA out in the world! We highly recommend snagging AAA since it has some of our fav bonus content in the back ☺️

We'll be out of town next Friday, so the next Fizz Hangout will be delayed to Monday the 11th. So if you don't see the hangout on September 8th, don't fret! It's coming but just a few days later.

I just have a random question, I’ve been supporting you guys since before patreon was even created 💞 and I remember you guys would do book discussions on YouTube live sometimes which was so fun to watch! For example when damaged like us first released! Are those videos no longer available anymore? 🥺 or are they able to be transferred to patreon through an audio file? I was just curious bc I love your book discussions so much 🥰

I want to say Eliot because he could probably get me into a ton of great Broadway shows. Plus we would have epic parties. As an added bonus Tom and Luna would be around a lot, and Luna is definitely my dream roommate. But Ben would likely be the best roommate - he’d be the most considerate. I would say Beckett, but I have a feeling he would bring waaay more late night visitors…hehe

Probably Charlie, he would travel a lot so I would get the dorm to myself quite often and he is good at cleaning after himself. Also, I love deep and philosophical conversations so I could have a good time with him when he's around. And I'm pretty hard to piss off and immune to harsh comments so I feel like we could get along well hahaha. (Extra points for book recs, he reads a lot so I would love to get some good reccomendations from him and discuss the books after). I would love to share with Eliot or Tom as I'm sure it would be a great time buuut I really don't want a visit from the firefighters.

I feel like realistically I would get along the most with Charlie. We would mind our own space. I would get the dorm to myself a lot so I wouldn’t have to worry about someone else. Hopefully we could talk about art, books, his travels, or anything he knows (I love learning facts about everything). My second choice would be Tom. He’s a singer and I love music. So I wouldn’t mind him practicing his songs while I’m doing my own thing. I also think we could become friends and he would get me out of my comfort zone/push me to do the things I want to do.

Also was randomly thinking about the addicted+like us characters hogwarts houses and remembered that at Penn (I graduated last year!) each school has like a “house” and wharton was ofc slytherin which is ofc fitting for Connor 🐍but wonder which undergrad school ben and luna declare and if it matches their house🪄

Umm that's a tough one I feel like none of them except maybe Charlie. Not Beckett because he has ocd and iam sloppy he would want to murder me and I wouldn't want to stress him out, not Tom because I can't handle loud music in my room and he would probably be practicing constantly I would get no sleep, 2 things you don't mess with when it comes to me my sleep and my food . Which brings me to Ben I can't have him judging and going into detail on what the animal suffered through that iam currently eating. Iam a meat eater but iam also sensitive about animals I went 6 months without eating eggs when our school showed a documentary about what they do to baby chick's. I can't handle it. Not Eliot because iam an introvert and don't like the chaos that he loves so much , also I would probably stare at him to often drooling over him. Also hes in theatre so he would constantly be running lines. So again no sleep and no quiet when iam trying to read my books un acceptable. Charlie is only a possible maybe because I feel like he would just ignore me and I actually try to have a good friendship with my roommates but iam not at his IQ level but he accepts Luna for her weirdness so I think I could survive living with him.

I just joined your Patreon last month and love all the content. I reread the Like Us series before the release of ULU and binged on all of the extra bonus scenes. I'm a sucker for the early Marrow content. If it's not already on your list, I would like to request to be a fly on the wall when SFO found out about Moffy and Farrow!! It's was so fun to be in Oscar's head during the "bad proposal" and the scene when he is one of the first to see Marrow together at the lake house is one of my favorites.

despite my love for all the cobalt brothers, they are so extremely chaotic and i’m not sure i’d be able to live with any of em haha. but i guess i’ll say ben. he seems like a good friend to have and he’d definitely include me in all his fun outings an encourage me out of my hermit ways haha also, random but i’ve just realized something: y’all missed my birthday twice! my bday is feb. 5th, and then sulli’s is feb. 4th and you’re rereleasing long way down on feb. 6th!! just something that made me chuckle haha oh and one more thing! i’ve been rereading all of like us lately, and i’m reading the bonus scenes in chronological order with the novels, and it is SUCH an experience. you ladies already pack so much detail into your books that reading the bonus scenes at the same time makes it a truly crazy reading journey. a LONG journey too, as it’s definitely a massive undertaking, but i’m not sure i’ll ever do a true reread any other way now. 10/10 definitely recommend 🫨🫨

i’m a charlie lover, but i’d definitely have to rock with eliot on this one. he seems like a ton of fun & there’s a lot to him it seems, and i feel like we could be easy friends. he also seems to know and understand respect and boundaries (his parents are connor and rose, duh) and someone to depend on (i know he can be a mess but he can be taken seriously too lol)

I was reading ULU again. I heard the podcast and thought may be I like it more if I knew why you did what you did. It worked😁. I would like it even more with NLU out. I think 🤔. Side Note: The more I read scenes between Lo and Donnelly. The more the books read like an enemies to lovers/force proximity romance between Lo and Donnelly. I want to put paragraphs from certain scenes as examples. Not sure if I am allowed. 😂

I seem to exclusively have extrovert friends at college (even though I’m an introvert), so I really want to say that I could possibly share a dorm with Ben. I come from a pretty environmentally conscious household and I love birds and nature documentaries, plus he’d be able to keep the place looking green and pretty (I'm horrible with plants but I love how they look) and also introduce me to his friends, which would be really nice. I’m thinking about ALU where it was revealed that he was going through a water-only phase, though, and if he’s anything like that now I don’t think I’d be able to deal with the smell. And also, I would hate to have gross dirty hockey stuff lying around. So my other option would be Charlie. I like being organized and clean and I’m particular with my stuff, which he seems to not have any trouble with from what we know of him, and maybe he’d be able to give me some book recommendations now and again. I think he'd have interesting things to say, but I also don't think he'd care if I didn't really interact with him, which is nice. He seems like a really easy person to live with. I think I could probably have a decent time living with any of the Cobalt brothers, though, in all honesty. There are more reasons I’d enjoy living with any particular one of them versus reasons I wouldn’t 😇🩵

I am still REELING AND NOT OVER Moffy’s bonus chapter of last month Btw u guys. Like idk what it is about the Farrow-Hale sub family, but I go feral for any single nugget and eat it up! Those YouTube Lives were so much fun back in the day! We stopped them as we began doing podcasts instead, but we haven't made them accessible to watch since we switched over to Patreon. We'd have to relisten to them and see if they'd be good for a podcast upload (and whether it'd be possible), but it's something to definitely look into, especially if there are people interested in it! When we get the time, we'll start digging into the logistics to see if it could work 💗

1. It *might* still be too early. We'd say closer to the end of the year, we should be able to talk a lot more about it and a teaser podcast would be more doable. Especially once the cover is revealed (which might be happening sooner than we thought!) *GRINS* 2. We've seen both Vikings and The 100!! We LOVE The 100 (it's one of our all-time fav shows). 3. We just got back from a trip with spotty wifi, hence the delay in the most recent Fizz Hangout, but we are back and in full Nobody Like Us swing!! Watching: mostly Paramount+ things. I finished a show called Lioness that was really good, and we've been watching The Challenge: USA. Nancy Drew also had their series finale (the last episode broke me in the worst way, just a brutal way to end the whole series imo, but I think it came down to personal preference). LOVE that you're reading Unlucky again 🥹🥹🥹 I've still been wanting to get into the Brandon Sanderson lore/books, but haven't had much time to commit to a new series yet since I've been rereading Addicted books and some in the Like Us series as well for consistency (and it's also fun lol).
