Welcome to the newest Fizz Hangout! Every Friday, you all can stop by the weekly Fizz Hangout post and ask questions (to us or to your fellow patrons), discuss recent bonus scenes and/or podcasts with each other, and catch up on all the goodies you might've missed!

Happy Monday, magical & heroic beauties! As we mentioned last week, this hangout is coming to you on a Monday instead of a Friday. But we're here in full swing with all the news. Addicted After All is officially out in the world in its new print edition. Thank you to everyone who grabbed a copy. It really means the world to us to know that so many of you still support this series after all these years. Lily & Lo will always hold a really special place in our hearts since they started our careers, so their HEA book is one of our all-time favs. We hope you all liked the bonus content in the back too!

Right now, we're finishing up some stuff for the rest of the new print editions for the Addicted Series and then we're heading right back into Nobody Like Us. We took a bit of time off traveling, and usually that fills our creative wells and this time it truly is FULL. We're so excited to go back to all things Luna & Donnelly!

Hello!! <33 CONGRATS KRISTA! 🥳🩷 I can read any time of day!! I love reading in the morning with my coffee and snuggled in my bed at night and anytime in between! My friend and I have been rereading Harry Potter, and she pointed out that in the second book Ginny Weasley reminded her of Audrey!! After she pointed this out I got to thinking about how well the Weasleys and the Cobalts mirror each other with seven children (especially the younger ones…Tom and Eliot have major Fred and George vibes, in my opinion)…and then I was thinking of our favorite Hufflepuff, Lily!! 💛💛. Anyway, this is kind of a lot of context, but would Lily have ever tried to convince the Cobalts to dress up as the Weasleys for Halloween?? I feel like she would have brought it up to Lo, and Lo would have surprised her with it since he gives out everyones Halloween costumes 😆

I usually just read whenever I’m able to (morning / night / etc.) **but** if I’m reading something that’s more of an intense thriller story then I try not to read it before bed (because I don’t want it infiltrating my dreams for the night & making me restless 🫣😅). I also saw the post on IG and wanted to send my congratulations to Krista! The pictures that she posted were **stunning** - Alaska is such a breathtaking location! 😍🤎 Sending all of the hugs + love + well wishes her way! 🫂✨🍾

I read all the time (when I’m eating, when I should be doing schoolwork, and before bed). I even read a lot at work if my patients aren’t being crazy for me (I work the night shift so I can usually squeeze in a few hours while they’re asleep). If I’m not reading it because I’m looking at posts that make me want to read or I finally fell asleep.

Also my question I kinda have 3: 1st what book is it in that Lo sees the video of Ryke in Daisy? 2nd I am currently on Luna and Donnellys first book and I really want to love Charlie but so far I haven’t seen many good qualities so if y’all could point me to some that would be awesome. And 3rd (this is more for you Krista & Becca) how do you guys plan on fitting Xander into a series? I was thinking this today and with some tea we’ve gotten through Fizz Bubbly (maybe a WHILE ago haha) you plan on doing series for the other kids that Xander wouldn’t really fit into so how do you guys plan to do that? Ok that’s it thank you!!

Any free time is reading time but I love reading at night or really early in the morning because its so quiet and peaceful and you can really immerse yourself in the world of the book you’re reading!! Also CONGRATS Krista!!! Im so happy for you!! I can’t wait for the special edition hardbacks of Unlucky to be in stock so I can get character notes!!

I feel like two good scenes to read to help understand Charlie a bit better is the one where he’s on the phone with connor (there’s the special bonus scene from connors POV and then Oscar’s POV in charming like us) and also the bonus scene where he goes to confront Jane’s ex from Oscars POV, hopefully they’ll help u see a bit more of him <3 (he’s so The Archer by Taylor Swift coded)

You guys are giving me Friday vibes on Monday. I hate that Friday is so far away. I miss Friday, I want Friday back. I read whenever I find time. Sometimes I take leave from work to read/finish a book or series. Actually I read the entire addicted series, Calloway sister series and like us series when I had 15 days off work. It was mid pandemic. I wanted to clean my house. Nothing got cleaned. Congratulations Krista on your engagement. I wish you all the happiness in the world.

I just remembered that the dream I had last night was about krista and becca! In my dream I’m pretty sure it was early morning and I was just checking if they’d posted anything new on pateon and I saw the blue ‘new post’ thingy 🥳 and then the tile read “The unexpected series reveal!” I then sapped and it was all the cobalt’s faces/fan casts on books and their release dates 🤯 I.WAS.OVER.THE.MOON To say waking up was the most unfair and disheartening thing (in a dream) I’d experienced would be a severe understatement 😂😭

So, I know we have to have new bodyguards coming in at some point just from all the babies and the talk of Beckett wanting to switch. Could we have a good ole Southern boy please?? I would love some yes mams and no sirs and bless your hearts. Hell, make it a Southern girl. Cause we know nobody can tell you off without you having any clue like someone from the Deep South. And I don’t mean a redneck. I mean let’s represent the south with an educated person like most of us are. It’s just the one character type I haven’t seen but thought I would with y’all being from Georgia. I listen to audiobooks pretty much 24/7 new books during day or rereads then I listen to one of the Harry Potter books when I’m going to bed or a different series that I’ve read over and over again my whole life basically just because my brain can shut it out but I still have the noise.

I would honestly love if you guys write a bonus scene with the Cobalt's meeting baby Maeve. I would love to see the Cobalt brothers meeting their niece. I already know that Audrey is going to cry, I also want to see Rose and Connor's reactions. I want to see the extended family meeting baby Maeve as well. I also want to see a bonus scene of the Hales meeting baby Cassidy, especially Ripley.

Just a suggestion, but you guys should make Kinney create a makeup company and call it "Kinney's Diary". In the bonus scenes Kinney mentions that makeup makes her feel more like herself. So, I would I love to see Kinney creating a makeup company and naming products after her mom, aunts, sister, cousins, especially her girl squad. Just imagine Kinney creating a makeup palette called little Slytherin

Hi Mia! For your questions: 1. it's Long Way Down that Lo sees the video of Ryke & Daisy. 2. One of Charlie's better qualities is defending the people he cares about, even if it's mostly through action. He gets Maximoff's CEO position back, he threatens Nate (the asshole-with-benefits that was stalking Moffy), he finds Luna's stolen fics in Charming Like Us, and he's also there, willing to edit her pics and encouraging her to keep writing. So those are just some of the good things he has done in the past, as well as actively film a travel documentary project just so Oscar and Jack can spend more time together. 3. He would likely get his own standalone series (or novel, depending on if his story could be long enough for a series) outside of the Like Us series and Cobalt Empire series. 💕

We definitely know what you mean about the yes, ma'am "southern gentleman" types! Always holding the door open. Always walking on the side of traffic and leading around potholes and puddles. Possibly a southern gentleman will be in the future; it could happen ☺️ But as far as bodyguards go, according to security team rules they have to be "born and raised" in Philly. (Though, Frog was an acceptation to this!)
