Um... no. I know the titties are distracting, but Patty mentions in the first panel that she left the door open.

Since Patty and Trevor's bathroom is attached to their bedroom, I thought Patty probably wouldn't be too careful about making sure she always closed the door when she was home alone. Which allows that pesky dog to sneak in.
