I like the detail that her own body-perception has so drastically changed from the beginning. She's way bigger in muscle mass and fat in this than she was in PDE 1. Oh, and she looks excellent.

If this is a dream then In dreams, running water often symbolizes the flow of emotions, the passage of time, a need for change, renewal, and sometimes even creativity. So this is probably Katie's subconscious telling her things are changing either figuratively or physically 🤔
