Cory's mom has probably had enough dealings with her sister to know when Mina says that, it's bad and she shouldn't look into it any further. Mina probably had her sister eating all sorts of weird stuff when she was knocked up with Cory

My personal headcanon, until disproven otherwise, is Cory’s mom and many other ladies in the family are absolutely enormous, like Cory’s mom was already a big, voluptuous woman with the Whittman chest, and then gorging on Wacky Candy turned this suburban housewife into some multi-ton mother to basically the whole town and everyone leaves fatter after her cooking (and she knows all about the factory and everything but pretends to be a happy, oblivious housewife to keep an eye on her sister) and both Mina and Cory are always cautious around her cooking otherwise Cory and Mina will balloon into multiton versions of themselves just like all the other women in the family (both biologically related and married into) cause Cory’s mom loves fattening up people just as much if not more than Mina only she has the person’s whole welfare in mind, not just turning them into an employee at the factory

I’m not sure that is her full size yet cause she’s still relatively mobile and has her limbs exposed for someone on her state and we know ladies who are at full capacity are basically heads on giant swollen blimps for bodies with massive breasts and divots for where their hands and feet are
