Everyone say "thanks, Dale" for helping Cory keep her job and stay out of the clutches of the berry factory. For now. Whitt is nothing if not persistent...

Oh boy, backstory time!

Typo! "at THE hardware store. Intended as being helpful.

And potential interesting plot twist/points incoming. If I was a woman id sign up to work for whitt, probably still do that anyway despite being a man. 😋

Chumlee99

I……now have way more questions about Cory and her whole family And thanks Dale the Gigachad

Tom the Fanboy

"Hardware House" is a proper noun, like Home Depot. No The needed. The sign was shown in the bottom left of page 82

Celeste 💞

Ohhhhh yes delicious backstory time!

Motorola762

I missed it a while back and now I don't want to go back and look but can someone explain how they knew who she was before they got to the warehouse?

Smithersons

More Cory! She’s my favorite! I just like how she’s so grumpy, but still sweet.

Opik Oort Expansion Comics

Cory and Erica ran into Katie, Brian, and Suzie at a county fair end of chapter 1! Cory has been at the cabin a couple times to check on Erica's who's staying there.

Smithersons

You know, I wonder if Cory will get berried? I hope it’s dramatic if so lol. Gets to be the biggest fruit at the county fair lol.

Opik Oort Expansion Comics

This is the point where I have to wonder, has no one actually said the name of the store until now? 😂 But yup, just a generic franchise name.

Rex Ivan

I feel like this is either the setup to a flashback or a backstabbing.

Chumlee99

Maggie: the girls and I gone over our contracts, what’s this nonsense about our Christmas bonuses being weight based!

Joe Mama

Thank you Dale!!!!!

YoBaronICanDigIt

Thank you, Dale. Looking forward to hearing more about Cory, she's definitely one of my favourite characters. Seems rad

Smithersons

On a more serious note. Katie still looks so much bigger than when she was first introduced in “pick don’t eat” my headcanon is that as time goes on berry girls absorb more and more of the juice in their bodies. Stuff gets them thicker and buffer lol. (Maybe a bit taller too from what it looks like). I’m not complaining! Katie being bigger than her boyfriend now is kind of nice lol. Lucky guy ig.

Hardware house girl is doing a really good job hiding her massive boobs.

Robin Sjostrom

But I am curies to see what he's "realized"..
