Probably limiters, she may inflate over time but the resistance coils force her to expel air after a certain point, otherwise they’ll have a hard to reach... “asset” I guess!

She's a character who blew up like a balloon and was kidnapped by Carrie's boss and the loompettes in a previous comic. This is part of an ongoing series so it can be a little confusing.

The first part is called "Pick, Don't Eat" and can be found on Opik Oort's deviantart page, after that if you go back far enough on this page you'll find the untitled comic where Suzie appears and then Whacky Candy parts 1 & 2, where we are now. I hope that helps!
