It's designed to! They're faint but there's been closeups before, the sides of the skirt have multiple pleats that break when tension builds up to expand the garment. Of course, there's a limit to the amount of pleats~

I like how you can tell that they've been able to hit a wider population with their candies. Previously Margaret was unaffected by the sweets and even noticed everyone around her blowing up, but now something has clearly affected her. Probably due to the testing on Carrie.

Also, from what I can tell the clothes for them likely show work positions (pretty clever). As the purple suits represent management, the rest might just be up to the lower “rank and file” (employees) like Margaret is wearing orange here, which is likely just her “issued” clothing. (Although, who knows if the clothes colors below management actually represent what works on them? There cravings and the such) love the world building, keep up the good work!
