SHE'S HERE!!!!!

In non-fandom circles, this show is known for one thing and one thing only. It's not Goth Rogue or Punk Wanda. It's not even completely reinventing Toad. No, it is the introduction of the little Assassin that could - X-23 aka Laura Kinney.

How did it take us so long to come up with Little Girl Wolverine? I don't know. Truly, it is a failure of the culture. But, hey, at least she's here now. Also, fun fact: this episode predates Daken's introduction as well.

Season 3 is full of certified bangers. This episode, along with Self-Possessed and Blind Alley are probably my top 3 favorite episodes of the series as a whole

So fun fact about X-23. She's supposed to be the female of the species and much like in our world Male and Female may have different traits and in this instance it's a foot claw! I don't know if Dokken nullified this cause technically he still has 3 arm claws. Been a while but doesn't one come out of his wrist? If so I think that counts as still being a male of his species which I think should be called Loganisms

I'm glad the show was clear that if SHIELD wasn't chasing her this logan would have taken laura in if she wanted. (tbf I do also think its fine for people to not want to raise their nonconsensual clone children)

I’ve been looking forward to this episode! X-23 getting added to the comics was one of the reasons I started reading comics again.

There’s something very funny to me about cartoons repeatedly having to drop the Nazi from the evil Nazi organization, but keeping the eugenics. Also, one loose thread you left out, Apocalypse is also still looming XD

16:07 “she didn’t kill anyone right?” To be honest I always assumed that the scene of her in the busy park cutting to her being escorted out the empty park with that broken toy meant she snapped and “seriously injured” those people. Obviously even if she killed half of bayville Laura’s never done anything wrong in her life ever but still that’s how I read it
