Do you like the Young Avengers? Well, this aint that. Imagine instead if all the Avengers you knew died a grisly death and only their plucky OC children were left behind to um...what's the word? The thing where you like....make up for someone dying? Usually by fighting the one responsible for their death? Idk point is we got Dad Tony, Deadbeat Thor, and Hermit Hulk on top of a surprisingly fun cast of new kids. There's even a Gambit reference! Kinda. Sorta (i'm delusional).

This is during the brief period that they were married because (let's face it a bit of racism) But still that's why he has the lightning powers.

"Ultimate Avengers" should be next, especially since it's like almost kindah in the same continuity of this pre MCU animated world

So there was a comicbook tie in with the movie. It establishes Storm as Azaris mother, Mockingbird as Francis' mother, Lady Sif as Turin/Torin mom. Another note the sword she carries has a depiction of Mjolnir on the blade and hilt so you could say Thor did chuck his hammer at his daughter.

Toren saying "Ultron we would have words with these" is such a deep cut I didn't appreciate when I watched this as a kid. Like daughter like father. Also I remember being so bummed this didn't spin off into it's own series

On the Tony made Ultron line, I weirdly always thought Tony was just straight lying, he made Ultron to make Hank not be seen in a negative light by the children, and then it backfiring on Pym in the predictable ways, and Ultron just never corrected him.

One of the things I'm enjoying most about your ReaX series is that I'm experiencing all these different films and shows that I haven't seen before. I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to watch this in my own time, but watching your reaction to it is a lot of fun.

Sucks that the whole Fox Disney thing prevents them from showing Storm out right. I think only a comic fan would actually figure out it’s Storm without searching it up
