Articulated Print-In-Place Double Sided Skeleton Bear (Patreon)

These bears were fun to print using different filaments and sizes as I developed the model to see what size I can print up and down to. All of these bears were printed on a Bambu lab X1C.

When printed at 100% the bear stands 4” tall. I printed up to 225% and down to 25%. When printed at 50% some of his joints may need to be cracked and broken free, depending on the material. Nothing moves on a model printed at 25% but they are so cute. I also messed around with the fuzzy skin printed on the contour for some really neat results, some of the joints lock up on the smaller models though. A model printed at 225% with a fuzzy skin will fully articulate. Also, you can easily turn off the skeleton color layers if you just want your bear with a plain back.

To get the smooth glass like finish I print on a WhamBam PEX build plate….
