This was my first magnetic fidget design I created and printed on my ender a few years ago. When I got my Bambu Labs printer it didn’t print right anymore since it was dialed into the ender so I stopped making these. I have had multiple people reach out asking for this fidget and I have been wanting to redesign it so here it is. This version is way better than the original, in my opinion. I hope you enjoy it.

Each side has (5) 8x3mm neodymium magnets placed inside after a build pause. Remember to reverse the magnet polarity between the two sides. The attached 3mf file has the pause included at layer 30. Please Note: the magnets should be very easy to place inside the holes after the pause, with no force. I did have 1 out of 10 of the different filaments I used have a very tight fit of the magnets and I forced the magnets in which ended up causing a layer shift. If your magnets are tight going into the holes please let me know and I will have to send you a new file with a slightly larger hole.

I highly recommend using the Attached m3f file, I slowed down the outer wall and top surface speeds a little bit, which results in a much nicer and much shinier surface finish. Also for the best movement and fidgeting experience I highly recommend printing these on a textured build plate.

The magnets I used were purchased from Amazon, link below….

These were printed on a stockBambu Labs X1C and P1S

0.12mm layer height

As always please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you!
