Pretty much. Arco has his own demons that haunt him. He has a complex about being in control of bad situations. His desire to protect and help and make things better stems from when Aaron fell down the mine shaft as a young kid and Arco couldn't get him out (and had to leave him to go get help).

Oh damn thanks for that background. I hope him and brynn are able to talk about some of this stuff... though i feel like this is the kind of thing where unless arco is getting therapy he might not realize where that trait of his stems from or he could just be super self aware that time with aaron could just stick oit tgat much for him in his memory
