10 Seasons. Huge Transfers. Wonderkids. Tactical Evolution. One Mission: Take Over Spain and Europe.

This is a massive one.

Girona get the full 10-year Football Manager 2026 rebuild, and the aim is simple:

Turn them into one of the biggest clubs in Spain and Europe.

Across ten full seasons, we take Girona from an exciting La Liga project and try to build them into a genuine powerhouse capable of competing with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Europe’s elite.

This rebuild follows every major transfer, wonderkid signing, tactical change, league campaign and trophy challenge as we try to complete the ultimate Girona project.

🇪🇸 THE GIRONA PROJECT

Girona are one of the most exciting clubs to rebuild in FM26.

They have potential, ambition and a platform to grow — but turning them into a true European giant is a completely different challenge.

Across the rebuild, the focus is on:

🔥 Building a squad capable of challenging Barcelona and Real Madrid💎 Signing and developing elite wonderkids💰 Making smart transfer moves across multiple windows⚙️ Evolving the tactical system season by season🏆 Competing for La Liga trophies🌍 Chasing Champions League glory🚀 Turning Girona into a long-term superclub

This is not a quick one-season save.

This is a full decade of squad building, tactical development and trophy hunting.

🔥 WHY THIS REBUILD IS SO GOOD

The best part of a 10-year rebuild is watching the full transformation happen.

You get to see Girona grow season after season, with every transfer window shaping the future of the club.

The squad evolves, the tactics develop, the level rises and the expectations completely change.

By the end of the project, Girona are no longer just trying to survive against Spain’s biggest clubs.

They are trying to dominate them.
