Irish Football. Domestic Domination. Wonderkids. European Nights. One Impossible Mission.

This is one of the hardest Football Manager 2026 rebuild challenges I have done.

I take control of Cork City FC with one massive goal:

🏆 BECOME IRELAND’S FIRST UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WINNERS.

That is the challenge.

Not just win the league. Not just make Europe. Not just have one good Champions League run.

The save does not feel complete until Cork City go from Irish football all the way to the top of Europe.

This FM26 Cork City rebuild follows the full journey from domestic football in Ireland to the biggest stage in club football, covering every transfer window, wonderkid signing, tactical change, youth development moment and huge European night along the way.

Can Cork City make history and become Champions League winners?

🇮🇪 THE CORK CITY PROJECT

This is a proper long-term Football Manager rebuild.

Starting in Ireland makes the journey so much harder, because the gap to Europe’s biggest clubs is massive.

You have to build everything.

The squad.The tactics.The recruitment.The youth development.The reputation.The money.The European experience.

Across the rebuild, we follow:

🇮🇪 Domestic football in Ireland🏆 League title races💰 Every transfer window💎 Wonderkid signings📈 Youth development⚙️ Tactical changes🌍 European qualification battles🔥 Massive Champions League nights🏆 The final push to conquer Europe

This is not a quick rebuild.

This is a proper underdog story.

🔥 WHY THIS REBUILD IS SO SPECIAL

Cork City to Champions League winners is the type of save that makes FM26 addictive.

You start so far away from the elite level that every step feels massive.

Winning domestically is only the beginning.

The real challenge is turning Cork City into a club that can stand on the same pitch as Europe’s biggest sides and actually beat them.

That means:

🔍 Finding hidden gems💎 Developing wonderkids💰 Selling and reinvesting smartly⚙️ Building tactics that can survive in Europe📈 Growing the club year by year🏆 Dominating Ireland🌍 Closing the gap to elite clubs👑 Winning the Champions League

This is exactly why I love Football Manager.

The journey, the grind, the random players who become legends, the European nights where everything is on the line — that is what makes saves like this special.

🏆 THE AIM

The mission is simple, but brutal:

Take Cork City from Ireland to Champions League glory.

To complete the rebuild, we need to:

🇮🇪 Dominate Irish football💎 Build through smart recruitment📈 Develop young players⚙️ Create a tactical identity🌍 Compete in Europe🔥 Survive huge knockout games🏆 Beat the biggest clubs in the world👑 Become Ireland’s first Champions League winners

This is one of the ultimate FM26 road-to-glory rebuilds.
