In a vice sting like this, the backup is supposed to move in arrest the john as soon as money changes hands. What excuse do you think they gave for staying the in van?

It's a genius concept, but the execution is really terrific. The use of the silhouettes in the foreground is a terrific way to convey the scene without stealing any the focus from of the victim. Well done!
