this is from aratani past, so its shuld be Ashura, because he live in the same time with his older brother Indra. Still it could be strange, that Ashura go so much away from Hagoromo domain, when he know his brother promise to "CHANGE" world by POWER AND FORCE, like Kaguya.

I have to say it’s Jiraiya. The suit look like a toad Jiraiya animal is the toad. Second I believe the stuff he have are not for drawing but for writing. Jiraiya was know as writer.
