2019 may be the worst year of my life. (Patreon)

When I think things are getting better little steps by steps, some other bullshit things come up suddenly to punch me really hard in the face.
First off I was able to get my job back as the manager I work with was able to convince the owner of the store to give me a second chance. What really ticks me off about that situation is that the manager didn't even know I was fired when I came in to return my uniform. So I owe the manager big thank you for helping me out.
Second is about the my house. Basically the deal is done and is being finalized to be soldl, so we are getting ready to move probably within 2 months. The only problem is that we're selling the house for a price that is lower than what we wanted, so we can't afford to buy a new house and will have to rent for the time being. That new place we are renting might be far away from any public buses for me so I am going to need to learn how to drive just in case.
Now for the worst bullshit thing. I just got a medical service plan invoice that says I owe $4119 that needs to be paid and processed in two weeks on the 24th of April. I don't have that kind of money on me and I can't make enough within the next 2 weeks to pay for it. If I had to put a number on how much I would need to make within 2 weeks, it would be about $2319. I can maybe make less than $700 in 2 weeks, but my next paycheck actually won't be until the the 25th every 2 weeks on the Thursday.
I have no idea what I can do to make the amount I need. The only thing I can think of is offer commissions and have multiple people commission me for the most pricey commission I offer a bunch of times and tipped my a little bit extra. In that case I would be working on commissions for a long time and you would have to wait on them which I don't think would be ideal. I would be willing to do that if that's what it takes though and if you're willing to wait on me.
What do you think I should do? Help via commissions would help very much if you are willing to.
