I don’t talk about it much, or even think about it anymore… but that last panel defined my existence for what felt like forever, but was probably less than a year. It was rough. The volume of inert material in medications back then, plus the sheer amount of pills… meant your body was constantly trying to expel matter it had no use for. Some people did okay with it but I didn’t. Not a fun period, but hey, better than what was happening before, right?

I used to keep some records of these things but can’t find them now, though some info is in journals I have kept. I may have tossed some of it, thinking I would never need it.
