And if eating solid protein is too much then protein shakes or gainer shakes are great. And you can drink them between meals to boost the intake up too.

gaining shakes with double cream (heavy cream) and protien powder or fruit is a good way. Cream has alot of fat in it and is basically made for getting your young to gain weight and grow

just eat as much as you can all the time! doesn’t really matter what, as long as you’re doing it daily. if you can do heavy cream that’s really calorie dense, also melty ice cream (for the fat and also the sugar which helps trick your body into still feeling hungry even when full) and like anything fried
