In context for that last Big Brother scene, Angie Bowie was the ex-wife of David Bowie, who was informed of his passing while she was in there. Decides to share it, and there's an unfortunate misunderstanding, which then leads to TV gold. On a sad note, the other David passed away suddenly 3 months later.

But her ex husband was "David Bowie". She'd just been told he'd died. She is Angie Bowie, and rather ironically, the other "David" in the house has since actually died.
