You didn’t miss anything at the end. The set up of the character is that he’s about to go live for a news report, but before that he goes on an off-air rant and says what he really feels. He did one for the 2016 US election too which is well worth a watch!

I could say so much about this, but it think Jonathan Pie sums it up well. I’ll just add, one side abuses women, the other side patronises women. Obviously the first one is worse, but the second one is hardly an inspirational message! I just feel so sad for my American friends, who despite the stereotypes, are all lovely, intelligent and quite politically engaged, and (shock horror) don’t need the permission of their husbands to vote!

I am a huge Trump fan. Although I am British and live in the UK, so i cannot vote in the USA elections. You need to watch his YMCA dance by the "village people" on youtube and people copying him, so funny. Great raction Megan. Trump 2024 MAGA

He's not anti Trump particularly... he's just a satirical commentator, mainly on British politics . It's also a satirical take on the way that "on the air" journalists report on events.

I need satire more than ever atm, have barely been looking at the news recently, so that'll probably be my main source for the foreseeable. I'm just going to do my best to ignore this political shit-heap for the next 4 years, ignorance is bliss😄and y'know, do my best to help others in the local community. Been going for several decades now, used to watch it with the folks on a Friday night, now it's in my own time haha https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/b006mkw3/have-i-got-news-for-you Spawned a US remake recently, shaky start but its starting to find it's feet I think, though I imagine it'll face a lot of competition with The Daily Show (Which I've also been watching a lot of, especially now that Jon Stewart's returned😁) and others. A few weeks ago, the host of that show took over for the last episode of the current series. What happened to your arm?? Stuff to look forward to when I reach 30 in a year or two? lol Hope your okay❤️P.S. Has it started snowing down south? That's snuck up on me just now "Why's it so white outside? Holy f**k it's snow!" So many years of it, and still has the potential to surprise you😂
