Dad's Army started in 1968 - I don't know if there's any earlier WW2 related comedy out there. The theme tune (if you're not familiar) is Who Do You Think You Are Kidding, Mr. Hitler? So I feel that has to be in the running for early taking the mick out Hitler. I'm quite sure Allied soldiers were making jokes as soon as we started winning!
