How does one get their mind to really focus on their affirmations or subliminals? People say you can just play the subliminals in the background but if it's being played in the background then their not really foces on it.

I don't think you have to focus on the subliminals but focus on the results that you want and not those against it. E.g. If you're listening to a clear skin sub but you keep focusing on your breakouts, you're actually not focused on the result which is clear skin.
