Synths these days have become so powerful, it got me thinking: is it possible to make a FULL TUNE out of just one instance? Turns out it is!

Full Track with Only One VST Instance? Tweaking Current to Death

Synths these days have become so powerful, it got me thinking: is it possible to make a FULL TUNE out of just one instance? This Thursday at 17:00 UTC I’m going to see if I can make a full track out of a single instance of Current. No extra copies, no external effects. Everything has to come from that one synth. Why Current? First, I’ve got loads of experience with it since I’ve made tons of presets for it. Second, it’s got pretty much everything I’d need: a sampler, granular engine, three oscillators, two filters, and a solid stack of effects. Let’s see how far it goes :)
