Ben Asay

Tier List lets goooo 😎 these things are fun to watch and discuss.

AyBe

Season 2 ending literally spoiling the whole show before the manga even revealed Ymir's past is one of the craziest foreshadowings.

Ben Asay

The live performances of the AoT songs are so epic too!

Salman

Wait till they do this for One Piece

Luis Galarza

you guys have to watch Aot "suite" orchestra composition

Kitsune Inferno

oooh I hope to see one of these for One Piece when ya catch up. This sounds so much fun.

Drift3r

I wanted you girls to watch season 4 openings and closings so badly when you were going through the show. They were all just so bad ass and on point with the emotions and themes of this show. But I guess better late then never...lololol. ...Especially since you both now fully understand the context of what the lyrics are invoking. Overall the music of this show is just on a another level..dimension...universe, etc..

Manuel Gomez

Now that you guys are done with the show, would recommend watching attack on titan: junior high , will def cure your post aot feels 😭

pxpxp

PLEASE OST.

pxpxp

you were praising them throughout the entire show.

jack

The image of the person walking isn’t Eren in Under the Tree it’s Mikasa walking to the tree to bury Erens head hence why the perspective you see is look down on the ground.

Drift3r

I absolutely agree 10000000000000000%. Watching the singers of some of the most memorable music of this show is a joy to behold. The talent on display is out of this world with that music video suite. "Hiroyuki Sawano / Project【emU】 “Attack on Titan” suite" https://youtu.be/a6Fl1Xl1ogg

Brandon Tski

Highly recommend listening to the full length version of The Rumbling and Under the Tree as well!

RationallySassy

Awe, this was so special. And thank YOU for paying attention in the ways you did because we as an audience can see how much everything meant because you understood it so well. Made it such an enjoyable experience. Also ya'll pretty much put everything in the same ranking order as me! I love ending 4 and 7 a lot (and 4 doesn't get as much love it seems) but yeah, pretty much all in the same order!

Tom Murray

Attack On Titan Opening Guren no Yumiya Live Hiroyuki Sawano / Project【emU】 “Attack on Titan” suite SiM – The Rumbling (OFFICIAL VIDEO) You can hate me later, but dare you to watch any of these while remaining seated

Scavenger

I was honestly awaiting this video more than I was the final episodes!

Anna Kyruin

Y'all got beautiful souls. I'm cryin' over here with you. I can't say how much I appreciate that you watched them with subtitles. It takes many of the songs from "this is catchy" to "stop stabbing me in the heart!"

Erwin Smith

I have been looking forward to this one. Ending 1 is a big one for me.

Snowman9712

The Ending of Season 2 basically spoiled everyone who is from outside the walls, we just didn't notice back then haha

zoisekai

Now we need live performances and the soundtracks 😅

ItsIllusionzz

This is not what I needed today :( I knew opening and ending 7 would be their favorite tho <3

ningsplushie

yall r the most relatable aot reactors EVERRR cuz this is exactly how hyped and emotional i get over the openings and endings (and tbh really anything aot related lmao)

Himes

Was waiting for this!

Nadeem L

Well this was a nice surprise, didnt know you guys were even doing this. Oh, thanks for reopening all my wounds back from when I saw this anime lmao

Mr.Kat

This is just tip of an iceberg. There are so many more amazing AOT soundtracks out there. You should check them all out!

Kyle T

So glad you're doing these AFTER watching the series, I see so many do the same with OnePiece and getting looooots of spoilers

Daniel

Amazing reaction, watching your reaction helped connect me to relive my reactions to it.. we are all connected like subjects of ymir 🤔 lol

Zag

“give me a break” during the final ending 😭😭 been there kiss

Akira Hyerim

Great reaction! But I also want yall to react to the other OSTs that were used as the background tracks in the show like Ymir's gorgeous theme song (Call of Silence), the warrior ep theme "you see big girl" and "apple seed" (Reiner and Bert titan reveal), humanity's first victory scene (Call Your Name) etc

Manro

yall have to watch the rumbling full music video, 10/10 to a 15/10!!!!

Flubbedsquid

Man the season 2 ED was insane, no one knew what the heck was going on back then. That ED came out even before that stuff was revealed in the manga, so not even the manga readers had a clue.

PKS

I wish you guys checkout the AOT live concert of Gureng no Gumiya

Will Jamson

The Rumbling also has a longer full version on Youtube! I'd recommend you also reacting to other Attack on Titan OST, like "Attack on Titan Suite" (5 different songs) and "Vogel im Kafig". :)

Jamesson

I am so glad you guys loved this series as much as I did <3 I am really thankful I shared the series with you both!

fr0st

Goodness, y'all just signed up for the pain today, huh, watch them all back to back like that haha I have to admit, Falco's "Won't somebody please tell the world that I was here?", baby Eren trying to get older Eren's attention, and the child of evil snap to the future world where everything is overgrown always make me cry. Such powerful pieces of music!

kemo 707

Awesome reaction brought back so many memories thanks for this. I hope reacting to Project emu is on the plans as well, great reaction, hopefully you can find one with lyrics.

Enchiladas

Did y'all ever watch the Annie OVA? Just wondering since I didn't see the ED for it in this

Allen Valdes

Remember, the show isn’t over. April 2026, advance towards the truth

PO
>>143200603

Reaching is not the appropriate word for that theory. I'd call it delusion

Niler Wuthichaikul

This is proof that we never move on from AOT at all TOT

Matty Ice

The foreshadowing is insane like the 2nd ending you can see Eren puppet his own self

Allen Valdes
>>143200603

“Swine who mock the will to advance” those lyrics are directly tied to you bud. One day you will understand the truth. Those who understand will advance until one day they see a world without walls

Haylo & Kiss
>>143176672

Thank you 😭 everything about this show is so thought-out and moving. The lyrics were the icing on the cake!

manne_36

Would love to see a reaction to the soundtrack performances in Hiroyuki sawano’s attack on titan suite!

Beet

it was really fun and makes me feel nostalgic at the same time and the whole rank thing make it more fun hehe. Also like others said you have to watch the soundtrack performance in Hiroyuki sawano’s attack on titan suite, it’s EPIC

Kabinyo

An interesting thing about ending 3 is it was storyboarded by Isayama (creator of Attack on Titan) himself. So it showed things that hadn't even appeared in the Manga yet. One of the rare instances where the anime "spoiled' the manga.

JJ

There are a few fan made videos on YouTube that are just simply great and if you want to react to them, it would be awesome. One of them is a "fan made short series" about Levi by Milkcupie. Another one is a short with realistic VFX by xieboli. Also, you should watch Bauklötze with lyrics... THE Hange scene. Thank you for this great journey! Truly enjoyed your reactions and it was great sharing this masterpiece with you and everyone here!

Fukuro Akaya

I am a little bit late and don't know if anyone mentioned it before but for the opening of season 2 where all these creatures include dinosaurs and wales are moving at the end it took me a lot of time to understand that it is the ability of the beast titan, cause it can be every creature the owner likes the most. And it is also a big foreshadowing and why we saw so many confusing titans at the end battle.

Andrea D.

Akuma no Ko is just legendary. <3 The only song that might beat it is Vogel im Käfig, tho that one isn't and OP or ED.

Matt

There’s a full anime special version of under the tree on the sim YouTube channel that has visuals, you guys should check it out, I actually prefer it to the rumbling

Nuni

The tier list is perfect xD! I'm glad you guys reacted to it and cried once again :p Personally, OP 3 and Ending 7 are my favourites but honestly.. they are all perfect

Murali D

you should do one for Demon Slayer as seeing tht the rest of the series will be 3 movies they might not have op and ed songs or they might but for demon slayer all songs are bangers.

Phillip

historia and ymir were done dirty...and the outro with all historia's pain and lose really drove it home...ymirs hand slipping/disappearing through historias hand was sad this was an excellent run through the intros and outros that recap the whole anime! really great! when watching it the first time it was impossible to unravel the meaning in everything until after the fact...of course i wasnt trying as well i just thought it all look and sounded cool and never analyzed it agree with you everything is S ...no misses

Mariam

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but in the season 2 ending, Mikasa is shown holding a praying mantis, which is well known for decapitating its male partner... 🙃

Roadery

If yall react to the osts please also react to the Rumbling music video which has the complete song

Kevin Williams

Someone finally agrees with me on season 4 Op 1 =P

Henrik Eik

You should watch the full version of ending 8 aka under the tree, its alot better and has a video, i look at it as an ending for the whole show. also thanks for the content its great.

Reginald

The reason they were showing animals was to say “everything and everyone has a heart to dedicate to a cause”

Ser JohnY

I'm glad the comments me and Nuni added to the playlist were useful. Knowing Ending 9 has Mikasa and Eren's VAs on it makes it hit different 😭 I listened to that ED and the very last Ending so much in 2 months that they both ended up in my Spotify Top 100 for 2023 at #44 and #10 respectively!

Reginald

“What do you get out of making us feel things”…. Isayama likes to hurt his readers i say again… Honestly I imagine Isayama is the type guy who would give a gift to his girlfriend and she does anything less than crying(happy tears), he would feel his gift was inadequate to her. Of course this is my own interpretation of who the author/writer is base on the show itself and the multiple interviews I’ve watched of him. He probably would feel his show is inadequate if people did not cry

Diakité Sama

i loved all your reactions ! and most of times i cried with you... Do you guys plan to rewatch it ?

C~LoS

Absolutely adore you girls! Thank you for allowing me to witness your AOT journey. I was one of those who waited each week for a new episode, a year or more for a new season.

B.G.

Probably the most anticipated reaction video for me. Thank you girls, you did a great job! Just two things I wished were noticed/mentioned: 1. The German lyrics mixed in with the Japanese. It's pretty unique at this extend and therefore worth noticing. 2. The song Red Swan isn't just another anime song. It's a certified hit song by two of Japan's biggest legends, Yoshiki and Hyde. These are just minor complaints though, still loved your reactions to all the songs.

Adam Grant

Some of these hit different with context too, like Name of Love coming on after some of the season 3 episodes (cough cough extra crispy Armin) was devastating.

Nothing To Add

The reaction to “Boku no Sensō (My War)” warmed my heart! “The Rumbling” gets all the attention, and rightfully so. However, the first opening to season 4 is my favorite, followed by “Shinzō o Sasageyo!”

Gin-liberio

Everything S tier, Everything. This show will live on forever, because of the genius of Isayama! I don’t see any openings or endings going below a B.

Mofieldjetdise

PLEASE WATCH "Hiroyuki Sawano / Project【emU】 “Attack on Titan” suite" as well. The musicians are just incredible.

fr0st
>>143252091

it's absolutely a banger and incredibly sinister at the same time

Derek Rios

So when I started watching AOT it was during S2 and I quickly found out about the spoilers. So I never watched any of the intro/outros other than “Rumbling” I was quickly upset I spoiled myself lol (it’s in my workout playlist) so watching 80% of this for the first time was awesome. I got emotional too 😭

Skellyp

Character tier list next!!

jun S

sound track gogo

Ben Stover

Oh I'm so glad you both love opening 6. Its my favorite and I feel like it misses with some people

Skellyp
>>143270152

If you have a friend or someone that isn’t into anime, that you want to show it to, they could be a guest for a rewatch. I know I would tune in.

Daniel

you couldve just watched as you watched the show but ok

Gin-liberio

It hits you viscerally hard 41:30 when you hear & watch it after the show. The lyrics are top notch! “A bird, a butterfly & my red scarf. Dont make a mess of memories just let me heal your scars”! The lyrics a far more profound and viscerally haunting after the fact. At 49:12 when the lyrics says “what did you learn?” Obviously it’s a parallel to Yimir but the difference is she was given the power out of fear, anguish & sorrow but the boy seemed hopeful happy & optimistic.

Onie

Anyone know if the Lyrics are accurate for Akuma no Ko (ED7)? I’ve seen only the same lyrics all over YouTube except for the one they reacted to. I’m not criticizing the video, I just never seen these lyrics and those lyrics don’t seem as emotional as the other lyrics I’m used to seeing. And isn’t the song more of a response to Mikasa? But the translated lyrics sounds like he’s just talking to everyone…maybe that’s why I feel like it isn’t as emotional as the other lyrics I seen.

Onie

Sorry double posting, but even on Ai Higuchi special video (official) translates it as “this world is cruel but I still love you.” Which is why I felt it more emotional and meaningful being from Erens point of view to Mikasa (ED)… just my opinion. Hope you get to watch that version as well. But enjoyed the reaction overall.

H and K R Queens

i LOVE u guys so so much both of U helped my depression problems so much .. so GREATFUL thank U H and K

May

You guys definitely need to listen to the full version of Red Swan... it has so much season 4 in it

Daniel
>>143399808

cause I was excited and waited every season for them to see the ops just to find out poeple told them not to watch them cause "they're spoilers in them" which is the dumbest shit ever, I watched them as I go and never got spoiled on anything at all, You can't get spoiled over something you have no context on or characters you don't even know

Rainy Days

I've said it before, I'll say it again... This show has SO MUCH REWATCHABILITY. And I've never seen a reaction channel do a rewatch on it. You would ABSOLUTELY get the same views on it; Probably more. And I would SO BE HERE FOR IT :D

Tansansui

Thank you so much!

adamisajoker .

The one walking in Under The Tree is Mikasa, carrying Eren's head to the tree.

Luis Hurtado

Not an ending but sounds at the end of 3x22, T-KT, I wish you'd react to that one alone.

Nat
>>143676292

Has this been confirmed or is it a theory? Cause it definitely looks like Eren’s shoes

Nat
>>143399808

A lot of reaction channels do it this way actually, but it’s not just because of spoilers. Something about watching them for the first time after coming to the conclusion of the story just hits different

Nat
>>143328485

I feel like the rumbling was a pretty obvious spoiler tho lol. The first time they mentioned it you just kind of knew it was gonna happen

adamisajoker .
>>143676292

Idk. Just what I've heard. But the full song definitely gives the impression it could be from the perspective of Eren, Mikasa, and Armin.

lo

There's a video of the voice actors singing the first opening together, highly recommend! So cute and funny

Caraxes🐐DT

You guys should react to ending number 7 with the correct subtitles because that’s not the normal one…the normal one is basically eren telling mikasa what he’s doing and who he’s doing it for.

Nat
>>143828570

Yeah that ending is supposed to be his response to Mikasa in ending 1

Nat
>>143446281

I agree, I’ve never seen that translation before. I prefer the one I’ve normally seen lol

Ciocoiu Robert

the tree is the only one that don t forgot the history

Caro Morán V.

Is there a chance you could watch and react to Attack on Titan Suite Project EMU? Please! Thanks!

Emanuel Carvalho

Please react to the Attack on Titan Suite by Hiroyuki Sawano

Ahmed Alnajar

I also recommend to listen to all of the full versions... u don't have to react to them, just for u I mean..

Liam K

Watching this reminded me how many amazing images and single frames there are in the ops and eds, must’ve thought “oh I need a poster/canvas of that in my wall” at least 50 times watching this

Rainy Days

By the way, if you go back and look at Mikasa when laid to rest diring the final credits, you can see a wedding ring on her finger under the flowers.

Hyrelia

While waiting for the seasons to come out over the years I used to pick apart those end credits and try to figure out what was happening haha

hman70

Finally got around to this one, so glad you guys liked My War so much that one gets underrated imo. What a wonderful journey watching you guys go through this show has been 🤠

Peacock

I wonder if they’re gonna react to attack on titan suite by Hiroyuki Sawano

Gabriel Mendez

You 2 are adorable, it's so heartwarming coming back to this and see you 2 experience the emotions I still feel when watch the ending songs.

Chris Jarrett

OP 6 blew me the f away. I'd read the manga after s3 so knew what was coming--but it was so awesome seeing the fourth season and that.

Daniel

I saw the previous post mentioning y’all woul react to the emu project suite, wondering if that was still part of the plan? Hope so, love seeing y’all react, makes my day 😊 watching you two so the reaction to all the OP and ED’s is my favorite OP/ED

Icewaterwill

The best video yall have made. Yall are gone right now so I’m just watching stuff 😂

kittyburglar

i’m tired of drowning in my tears

VB

I LOVE LOVE. I CAME HERE RIGHT AFTER YOUR FMAB OP AND ED REACTION AND YOU SAID THE SAME EXACT THING THERE!!
