It's such a joy to get to watch a series again that I grew up on and both of your reactions just make the nostalgia I have for it all the better, thanks for making each day more fun!

Wow that was a fast Fake Kira + Shinigami eyes deduction!. Nice one 😁

The guy who gave the car to Light's dad IS someone you guys have seen before. His name is Hideki Ide and he was with the task force after Light's dad said anyone who wasn't willing to give their lives should quit. Ide quit the task force after getting the instructions from L to meet him in the hotel room for the first time. Remember when he stormed off saying stuff like "I won't follow you, I have no interest in meeting L"? Basically he was that one cop who remained with the police instead of the task force because he didn't trust L. He will pop up from time to time.

@4:00 Haylo called that shit like it owed her rent!

Mr. Yagami is so freaking badass. Heart attack? Kira? DGAF!! Ram the TV station✅

This episode took such a toll on me. It was so tense and things got so bleak. L was right on Kira’s tail and was a step ahead. But this unaccounted for variable magnified hopelessness and fear. My respect for Mr. Yagami shot up quickly because his impulse gave the investigation team a chance again.

Haylo should be on the investigation team. Called it instantly that it was a second person with a death note and that they had the eyes because they can just see a face and kill

Meat IS RAWW

@6:39 That's Ide. The guy who left the task force when the rest of them decided to meet and team up with L. He's still a police, so he has come to aid Mr. Yagami.
