Happy New Year everyone! 🥳 Be safe and have fun

Jacob

I’m sad One Piece is on break until like April but atleast I get to rewatch with you two. Dressrosa pace can be brutal but the story just gets better and better! Happy New Years!

Kapitány Zoltán

Dressrosa is so full of plotlines, and twists, it really is one of the best arcs. They even needed to mess up the pacing big time, just so other arcs can be in the game.

SimStu

Did the math on where we'll be by the end of next year, and it's crazy to think about. Happy New Year!

charlie

Love your guys discussions there are so many moving parts in Dressrosa that's why it's one of my favorites

Sankai

Woohoo, didn't expect another episode this year! Happy New Year! :D

Emerald

If you go back to skypia arc the fairies are mentioned in noland's log book. Something along the lines of finding an island of dwarves

Emerald

Weird they wouldn't include that in the anime

Jake from Steak Farm

So, around 11:40 mark of episode 189 the scene in the manga where Noland is talking to the kids of his country about the dwarves is shown. However, the anime decided to have only the narrator dialogue in the scene and not anything the kids or Noland says.. If you decide to go back and rewatch that part you'll see what im talking about. In the manga, though, the narrator and the people of the island have speaking parts. One of the kids says. "Tell us about the island of dwarves." And Noland says, "Sure. Why not? It was when I was still . . . ." And this was in chapter 292..

Jake from Steak Farm

To be fair... chapter 713, which is the chapter that revealed the tontattas hero Noland came out July 8th, 2013. And the anime episode 189 came out April 4th, 2004. 9 years before Oda revealed the connection. Just like Marcos first appearance they just didnt know the impact at the time and decided to omit it.

Emerald

That is understand, they just keep so much of it in its weird when they dont use even a small line

Mone

Happy New Year! Excited for 2026 with you girls ✨️🥂🍀❤️ Also - I just have to share - I booked flights to Japan for 2026 today and I'm soooo excited! It's been my dream destination for the past 20 years 🥹🍀

Ian K

Can't believe you're spending so much time questioning doffys link, it's obvious that he's not a celestial dragon, but a much more powerful Celestial Flamingo!

RAMbot

You too!? I’m going February 18th to March 4th. We just booked some Airbnb’s and I still have a few more hotels to book tonight. Ugh, I’m so behind on my Japanese language practice

Mone

Awesome! We're going in September...so plenty of time for me to sort out the route and hotels and all the other stuff~ You must be excited since February is not far away! 🤩👏🏼

Leighton

Ngl, Ceaser is a pretty fun character if you can get past the child experiments thing

Wojciechu

Tontatta are the best, can't help but love these little bastards XD Have a great New Year!

Tylo

Fujitora was drafted in as an admiral

RAMbot

Excited and nervous because my Japanese practice is going poorly lol 😅

Reminder that the meteor bit was like a split second the moment it got into Law's room. Wonder how that'd look in the style and perspective of Fan Letter....
