The title of the episode is "Arise", and they aren't the type to avoid spoilers from titles and intros (unfortunately), so I don't think she just pulled that out of thin air.

They almost always try to avoid intro spoilers. Or if a show has very spoilery titles like One Piece does they avoid it. I don't think the titles in Solo Leveling are spoilers at all.

The first season of this show is good! It's a fun time with some super cool moments! Season 2 puts it to shame. Like it's a ridiculous glow up for a show that was already good, it's such a great time.

Maybe, there's a lot of promo titles and even video game called solo leveling arise and solo leveling arise overdrive. The word might have been subconsciously remembered but it was clear they didn't know what it meant though. Also I've seen kids say arise before, maybe it was in demon slayer when either tanjiro or someone was down and she yelled out to tease rise up! Keep fighting. But eitherway. It wouldn't be a biggie. As long as they're enjoying the show and people don't spoil the show plot for them.

while that may be true, Kiss DID tell jinwoo in the fight vs kasaka the venom snake in the train station long before this title is seen to "stand up jinwoo! yesss ariseeee" so while the potential subconscious spoiler DOES exist as a risk, it seems that's it's also part of her hype-up vocabulary But eitherway, as long as they're not spoiled on what it meant or the rest of the show plot, and they're enjoying the show? that's all we can hope for :)
