For some context, in Japanese culture, there are many communal baths still in Japan. Its not uncommon to offer visitors to take a bath especially if they are soaked from rain. You see this alot in Anime. Most actual cleaning is done outside the bath with handheld showers first to hygienically clean yourself before entering a shared bath with shared water. If you’re staying overnight at a local person’s home in Japan, you’ll likely be invited to enjoy a relaxing bath. However, you’ll want to be aware of some key differences in bathing etiquette in Japan. If interested, you can read up on Japanese bathing culture.

I have no problems with this show when it comes to fan service and the little echee scenes except for that shower scene. It was unnecessary and wrong. It's the only complaint I have when it comes to this show. It's in my top 5 as far as anime shows. Like Kagyua Sama it gets better and better.

Yeah, in most people's opinion who've watched this, the "fan service" get's much better after this. Especially in season 2.
