Oda was on a roll this arc. Sanji fighting Luffy who wasn't fighting back, Sanji telling Pudding let's get married without the face mask, Sanji's picnic basket being full of each of the other SHs favorite foods (meat for Luffy, chocolate for Chopper, tangerines for Nami, burgers for Franky etc), Pedro being bait so SHs can work in the background, Brook doing his absolute best. This reveal was ABSOLUTE CINEMA!

So many people misread Sanji in this particular arc, not seeing how he's forcing himself to see the brightest side to this godawful situation he's in. It's not that he's actually in love with Pudding, he's *choosing* love. And then the bombshell drops, and the very last tiny sliver of hope he has to salvage anything that would make any of this worthwhile is gone. Brook said it best; Sanji is KIND, first and foremost, and when that kindness is spat on, it hits twice as hard.

Brook calling Big Mom "young lady" always puts a big stupid grin on my face. Brook acts and moves like a much younger man, so it's easy to forget the dude is in his 80s. He's one of my favorite Straw Hats. All of the Straw Hats can go from goofy to intimidating when they lock in, but Brook always does it best in my opinion.

Brook said in Episode 399 or 400 that he heard of a Rookie named Roger. Brook is chronologically 90 years old - Whitebeard was 72, Big Mom is 68, Kaido 59 and Roger was 53 (would be 77) btw. - so it might be possible for the rest as well ^^
