You know, I didn't realize this until you said it, but I like this show more than I normally normally would (and I'd still like it if I didn't like it more than normal) because it is about people accepting other people for who they are. I don't tend to think too deep about thinks like or analyze why I like something. I wore makeup and nail polish for a short period when I was young but my mom was super uptight back then about needing to fit in so I quit. Now she won't care because both she and times have changed. Been holding off to get a gel nail light because my nails are brittle and I am sick of it, but my mental health hasn't been great and I am just going to get myself some cheap black nail polish tomorrow and maybe a few other colors in a few weeks until I can get my light and have more fun with it
